1. What information do We gather?
As a visitor to this site you may be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address when you fill out a form.
This information is collected for internal administrative purposes only and will not be passed to any other organisations. Some of the information We collect through forms is marked as mandatory and other information is provided voluntarily, if you fail to provide Us with information that is marked as mandatory We will not be able to process your form. The mandatory information We ask for is that which is needed to complete the sale and service that you have purchased from Us. For products which require postage or delivery We will require your full name, e-mail and phone number and a postal address for delivery. For electronic ticket prucahses We require that you provide Us with at least your full name, e-mail address and phone number.
2. Payment details
Payment is handled separately, and securely, through Stripe (“Payment Processor”), so those details are never gathered by Us and We never have access to them.
3. How do We process this information, and for what purpose?
At present, We require these personal details for a number of reasons. We need your full name, e-mail address and phone number so We may be able to send you tickets electronically, so We can re-issue you tickets and possibly offer refunds if necessary, and We also require this information for Our own record keeping, as well. We may also use these details to send you promotional material about other related services or products, unless you opt out of Our mailing list. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply send Us an email request or check the relevant box during the booking process.
In additional to the previous stipulations, for purchases requiring postage or a delivery service We will use your address information to get the purchased items to you.
4. Who will We share this information with?
We do not share the information we collect with any third party apart from ticket tailor, who host the site and hold this information for Us. They are also subject to the Data Protection Act and the Privacy Act in the same manner We are.

Among others, you have the right to a copy of the information We have collected from you. Additionally, you are entitled to have inaccurate personal data rectified or destroyed. In fact, We welcome any amendments you may suggest, as it is also Our obligation to keep any data We collect as accurate as reasonably possible.
You have the right to access and amend or ask Us to remove your personal information at any time and if you wish to do so:
